singlesample_external_competitor_roster.RdReturns the two maintained `ranktreeEnsemble` algorithms evaluated as a separately multiplicity-controlled external-competitor sensitivity for the OmicSelector paper. They are deliberately not appended to [singlesample_method_roster()], whose 74 rows and 50-route within-cohort family were frozen before this direct competitor was identified.
